Please read them carefully, as they define the responsibilities of both the customer and Black Star Motors.
1. Introduction
Black Star Motors offers vehicle sourcing, inspection coordination, documentation, and export services from South Korea to ports worldwide.
By purchasing a vehicle through Black Star Motors, you confirm that you understand the process, policies, and conditions outlined here.
2. Vehicle Sourcing & Purchase
Black Star Motors purchases vehicles strictly based on:
- your chosen vehicle link,
- your approval of the listing,
- the details shown on Encar, KCar, KB차차차, or local marketplaces.
When you approve a vehicle for purchase:
➡ You authorize Black Star Motors to buy it on your behalf.
Once purchased, the sale cannot be cancelled or reversed.
3. Deposit & Payment
You agree to pay:
- Vehicle purchase price
- Service fee (commission)
- Export charges (warehouse handling, documentation, etc.)
- Shipping cost (container/RORO)
Payment terms must be respected to avoid delays.
4. No Warranty / Used Vehicle Understanding
All vehicles are used and sold as-is, meaning:
- normal wear and tear is expected,
- minor scratches, tire wear, battery drain, and consumable-related issues may occur,
- features or components not highlighted in the listing are not guaranteed.
Black Star Motors does not provide mechanical or cosmetic warranty.
5. Vehicle Condition
Black Star Motors verifies the condition based on:
- seller’s listing details,
- inspection reports (if provided),
- photos/videos we obtain.
Used vehicles may require routine maintenance.
Minor issues such as flat tires, punctures, battery drain, or fluid top-ups are not considered defects.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Carefully review vehicle listings before approval
- Provide accurate recipient details for shipping
- Pay all fees promptly
- Understand import duties, taxes, and port charges at the destination
- Use a qualified clearing agent
- Handle the vehicle responsibly after arrival
If the customer provides incorrect details or delays responses, Black Star Motors is not liable for any resulting delays.
7. Export & Shipping
Once a vehicle enters the export process:
- documentation begins,
- warehouse handling starts,
- container search and booking occur.
Shipping times depend on available container space, shipping line schedules, and global logistics conditions.
Delays are not grounds for refunds or cancellation.
8. Container Space & Delays
Korea → Africa, Middle East, and Europe routes may experience:
- container shortages,
- rate changes,
- vessel delays,
- port congestion.
Black Star Motors will always aim to secure the best rate that matches your budget.
However, we cannot guarantee immediate container availability.
9. Damage During Transport Within Korea
During inland transport, minor issues may occur (e.g., flat tires, scratches, battery drain).
These do not affect the vehicle’s status or purchase validity.
Black Star Motors is not responsible for damages that occur:
- after the car leaves the seller,
- during transport to the warehouse,
- during warehouse handling or loading.
We will assist in solutions where possible.
10. Marine Transport Liability
Once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel:
- shipping lines assume responsibility,
- customers may opt for additional insurance.
Black Star Motors is not responsible for ocean-related damages or delays.
11. Customs, Duties & Clearing
All destination port duties, taxes, clearing charges, and agent fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Black Star Motors is not responsible for:
- customs delays,
- extra charges imposed by port authorities,
- clearing mistakes by the customer’s agent.
12. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules follow our Refund Policy.
Key points:
- Before purchase → cancellation possible
- After purchase → no refund, no cancellation
- Shipping delays → not eligible for refund
13. Communication
Black Star Motors communicates primarily via:
- WhatsApp
- Email

- Website contact forms
You agree to remain reachable and respond promptly to ensure a smooth process.
14. Privacy & Data Protection

15. Limitation of Liability

- nondisclosure by sellers,
- mechanical issues that arise after purchase,
- damages during transport or shipping,
- delays caused by carriers, customs, or global logistics,
- financial loss due to customer decisions.
Our responsibility is limited to sourcing, verifying, documenting, and facilitating export.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you:
- understand the nature of used vehicles,
- agree to the policies outlined here,
- accept that purchasing a used vehicle carries normal risks,
- authorize Black Star Motors to act on your behalf during the export process.
